14 de março Ian Rotten in "Lights, Camera, CZW......"Aloha! On March 8, CZW show, "Lights, Camera, CZW....." was held at New Alhambra Arena (former ECW Arena) in South Philadelphia.
I experienced the crazy night there. Especially when full house of fans witnessed the return of Ian Rotten, who was supposed to just retire.
Furthermore, after Beef Wellington and Greg Excellent won in the 3-way tag-team match, their valet, Kylie Pierce, was knocked out by frustrated Brodie Lee and went unconcious.
Oh, I forgot. I met again with my dear Mickie Knuckles, who fought against Insane Lane in Brain Damage's place.
Finally, Nick Gage the CZW Heavy-weight champ defended the title at the main event.
In sum, this crazy show deserved 10-hour flight. I'll will be there again in the future.

21 de julho Hawaii All-Collectors ShowAloha! I visited Hawaii All-Collectors Show in Neal Blasdell Exhibition Hall yesterday.
Other than the exhibition of coins, arts, and antiques, I saw somethig related to pro-wrestling like a figure of popular wrestlers.
Moreover, I visited the 50 state Big Time Wrestling booth that exhibits staff of Hawaiian wrestling in good old days!
I found pics of the legend Peter Maivia, very young Fabulous Moolah, Giant Baba and more!

BTW, the booth has the information about the next HCW show. I've gotta go there on August 11th! 09 de julho Can Fukimoto be Onita? (Exclusive Interview)Aloha! Unfortunately, I cannot go see wrestling shows this month because of daily rush.
Instead, I provide you exclusive interview with Fukimoto, who participated in the "King of the Death Matches 2007" tounament.
Fukimoto is one of new death match stars in Japan. He belongs to FU☆CK! (Fighting Ultimate Crazy Kings) in Osaka, Japan
During this tournament, I temporarily worked as a translator for Fumimoto, who doesn't speak English.
This intervew was done at Arby's in Plainfield, Indianapolis, in the morning of June 24, which is the very following day of the final of KOTDM 2007.
Ricky(R): Aloha, Fukimoto! How do you feel now? Do you have any pain?
Fukimoto(F): A, aloha! I feel good. No pain now. It's good for me to attend this tournament.
R: Tell me about your promotion, FU☆CK！
F: FU☆CK！holds shows around Osaka, Japan, which include both death match style and entertainment style.
R: You are the former FUCK champ and Drake Younger has the title now. He beat you at the first round match of the tournamnt.
F: Drake is a very good wrestler and CZW death match champion. However, I'll beat him next time!
R: Can you?
F: I can !
R: Who's your favorite wrestler?
F: Necro Butcher and Mad Man Pond. I've fought with them in Japan before.
R: Do you wanna fight in Hawaii?
F: I've never been to Hawaii but I wanna go there if I have an opportunity.
R: How about your future schedule?
F: I'll go to the former ECW arena to participate in IWA-MS "Point Proven"on June 30 and go back to Japan.
R: More power to you! Thank you.
F: Mahalo!
In fact, Fukimoto and his partner CJ Otis defeated Brute Issei and Akira Raijin from All-Japan in Point Proven one week from the interview!
Fukimoto on the ring bears close resemblance to Atsushi Onita, the death match legend.
I hope him to come back to the USA to acquire experience. Of course, Hawaii welcomes you, Fukimoto!
28 de junho We Love Mickie!Mickie Knuckles. She is a current IWA Mid-South women's champion. She is the 2006 Queen of the Death Matches. She is hard-core!
When watching a Tai Pei death match between Mickie vs. Rachel Putski in QOTDM 2006 on YouTube, I decided to go to KOTDM 2007 to see her.
She is not afraid of barbwires, lighttubes, and crushed glasses but has also strong-style skills.
She is the only female competitor in KOTDM 2007. At Day One, she beat Tank in spite of serious bloodshed.
When she is not on the ring, she is cheerful and cute and works hard. Fans love Mickie. We are KnuckleHeads!

I'm in Mainland and experienced the most bloody but amazing pro-wrestling show in those I've watched so far.
Guess what?! It' s not WWE Vengeance. I'll be back to Hawaii and report it soon. 05 de junho Wrestling of This MonthScheduled show of this month is only HCW "Saturday Nite Slam" held on this Saturday (NWA Hawaii has not announced the next show yet).
Luckily or unluckily, this show gets a lot of attention of Hawaiian wrestling fans because it's the show after somebody comes and somebody leaves HCW.
HCW will show fans "New Construction" like last September.
After SNS, I'll go to Mainland to see some wrestling shows for a while.

01 de março Hawaiian Blood Goes to L.A.Aloha! March has come. Last month I could really enjoy Hawaiian pro-wrrestling shows. How's this month?
*On March 4, Hawaiian Blood will face Suicide Kings(2006 HCW best tag team) at NJPW L.A. Inoki Dojo!
This is the first match between them and for Kekaulike Tag Team title!
Furthermore, this is H. Blood's first off-island expedition. Will they entry into NWA market, such as New Japan or TNA?
Or, will they sustain the relationship with AWA and go into World-One or Zero1 Max?
How about Kensuke Office, which has just started their own promotion last month, or All Japan, with which HCW held a big show 3 years ago?
I want to report this historic match but can't. Those who can go to L.A. Inoki Dojo, please be there on March 4th!!
*On March 17, X-1 will hold an MMA show at N. Blaisdell Arena. Many MMA stars like Niko and Cabbage appear in ring.
The lineup includes women's MMA match!! If possible, I'll report it.

It seems AWA Hawaii, Hawaii's newest wrestling promotion, abandons the name of AWA.
They say they use only the name of NWA. So their official name is NWA Hawaii? Let me call so at this time.
And Mr. Spa Fitness is the official AWA Hawaiian Inter-Island champ, isn't he? Somehow Kaimana is still the champ in AWAusa site. lol
I expect everything would come to light on October 26, in which both NWA Hawaii's first show and HCW Saturday Nite Slam will be held.

A bad news to us comes from Japan.
Taiyo Kea, one half of HCW Kekaulike Tag Team Champions, lost the triple crown of AJPW by tapping out against Minoru Suzuki.
Suzuki is famous as a man with the worst character in the world!
This was Kea's second defending match. He was planning to hold a show featuring his defending match in Hawaii but the plan has to be give up.
I hope he'd regain the title soon and appear in the ring here as a champion!!

New HCW Kekaulike Tag Team Champions are Ricky Thunder & Jody Lopez, 939 Express.
New AZW Tag Team Champions are Cheap Heat & Calor Futuro aka Future, The Heatseekers. I saw their title-getting match last night on the TV.
The Heatseekers are from Mexico and the theme song of Jody Lopez is "Livin' la vida loka".

Taiyo Kea, one of the most successful Hawaiian-born pro wrestlers, gets the triple crown of
All Japan Pro Wrestling by beating Satoshi Kojima, who are defending the title for more than
one year.
Kea was scouted by Giant Baba, who believed Kea's success. Before death, Baba said that
he wanted to hold a title match in Hawaii if Kea got the title! We welcome you, Kea.
